2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create, authenticate, and secure accounts;
- operate profiles, sports fixtures, picks, tickets, subscriptions, battles, challenges, grading, rankings, wallets, deposits, withdrawals, and payouts;
- process transactions and prevent duplicate, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- send service, transaction, security, and push notifications;
- provide customer support and respond to requests;
- measure performance, diagnose problems, improve features, and maintain service reliability;
- comply with applicable laws, enforce our terms, and protect users and PickMarket.
3. Authentication and Third-Party Services
PickMarket may use service providers to operate the app. These may include Firebase services for authentication, databases, messaging, crash reporting, and infrastructure; Google and Apple for optional sign-in; Stripe for card storage and payment processing; NOWPayments or other payment providers for supported cryptocurrency transactions; and sports-data providers for fixture and result information.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We share only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, process transactions, maintain security, or comply with law.
4. Public Information
Information you publish to a predictor profile, ticket feed, pick, analysis, ranking, battle, challenge, review, or other public area may be visible to other users. Please do not publish sensitive personal information.
5. Payments and Financial Information
Card details are collected and processed by Stripe. PickMarket receives tokens and limited card summaries rather than complete card credentials. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals may require wallet addresses and transaction identifiers. Transaction information may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information:
- with vendors that provide hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications, sports data, payments, fraud prevention, and support;
- with other users when you choose to publish information or interact publicly;
- when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our terms;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable requirements. Public content may remain visible until it is deleted or the related account is removed, subject to required backups and legal retention.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted or stored electronically.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, download, restrict, object to processing of, or delete personal information. You may update certain profile information in the app and manage notification permissions through your device settings.

11. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Changes to This Policy
